Opening hours:

Wednesday – Friday: 10 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm
Public holidays: closed

Last entry 45 mins before closing. Booking recommended as visitor numbers are limited.

Admission:

General admission: R 65
Under 18s, students, pensioners, UCT staff: free*

*With valid identification, staff or student card. A donation of R30 would be greatly appreciated.

Parking:

Gated parking is available at corner Chapel and Cecil Streets, 60m from the Irma Stern reception.

Accessibility:

The Irma Stern Museum is working toward being accessible by wheelchair. We apologise that, as yet, not all parts of the building are accessible.

No dogs and animals are allowed except for service dogs.

Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the museum and must be checked at reception on arrival.
